WiseStamp- Email Signature Tool
I know all too many people who use Gmail for their primary email service. Even if they don’t use Gmail they integrate their email account with Google which, again uses the Gmail platform. Using Gmail is very convenient if you don’t have Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer. You can have multiple accounts in one inbox. You can also access gmail from a smart phone without extra expenses.
One pitfall of Gmail is the lack of the ability to have a custom signature. WiseStamp gives you the ability to use a custom email signature. WiseStamp is an add on that you can use with Firefox or the Google browser. The add-on allows you to easily add a signature to all emails automatically. It also allows you to add the same or another saved signature to anything. Simply right click and choose WiseStamp.
To Set Up WiseStamp
- Download the add-on

You will now see the small stamp on the bottom right side of your browser window.
- If you click on the stamp you will be able to edit your signature.
When editing your signature, don’t forget to put a link to your blog and other important things like your feed that will show your last post and social media icons.
